You stand behind your products and when there is a problem, you immediately respond and the service person has always been very fair about cost.
Your technician Paul was at my home within an hour of the call. When he arrived, he found out that my a/c drain hose was clogged so he cleaned it out and did a thorough inspection on the furnace. Paul was very professional and did a great job representing your company. I'll definitely use you again!

We have used your company to purchase both a new furnace in the past and now an A/C, and have been impressed with the customer service, professionalism, and value. For our recent A/C purchase, we appreciated that the salesperson came to our house on the fourth of July holiday, and we were grateful for the quick installation turn around time during the very hot heat wave we were experiencing.

I always felt that Standard Heating's goal was to sell me a good product and make sure
I was happy, "before and after" my purchase and installation. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and explain what and why I was getting the products I needed. I rate their customer service "excellent".
The service was timely, and the technician's have always benn very friendly and knowledgable. If future service may be needed but is not quite needed yet, this is fully explained as well. The options to set up future appts is very simple, be it by phone email. The reminders to do so are a major plus, as then i don't have to remember to keep current.
