I requested a tune up for my air conditioner and furnace. The repair man explained that my furnace was not safe and that I should replace it. He did not explain, in a clear way to me, what was wrong with the furnace. I think it would have been nice if he had taken me to the furnace and showed me the "dangerous" readings that he was getting and from what component of the furnace. We will be getting a second opinion before we replace the furnace.

This was a complex install but the staff did not have all the parts that they needed and had some technical problems putting it all together. They stayed with it way past a reasonable quitting time
