You are a local company - I remember when we received our AC and furnace and was told that the parts are here and 99% of the time the part would be in stock. Wouldn't have to wait to have something shipped here.

The representative who came out to our house to assess the replacement of our High Velocity A/C system was very thorough and very professional. The amount of knowledge he demonstrated on the subject was very reassuring to me. I would definitely call on Standard Heathing & Air Conditioning in the future.
I called Standard a few weeks ago to have some baseboard heat registers replaced. I was told I would be contacted by a sales person (I didn't want to talk to a sales person -- I wanted to set an appointment for a service person to come out and replace the registers but was told I needed to go through a salesman). No one called. Therefore I have not had any work done by Standard lately. It's a coincidence that I got your email today because I was going to call another heating outfit. I would prefer working with you because of past good service so if you do want the business have someone to call to schedule service.
The salesman decided on the phone that he didn't have anything to offer me since I was firmly not interested in a York after reading consumer reports online, and the Bryant was too much for my budget. I went with a Carrier and got the best warranty..10 condenser, parts and labor. Very happy with my decision and the salesman that came to my home.
