your customer service and your tech are very knowledgable
The staff are so friendly and they seem to love there jobs. Seth has been coming to my house for years and it feels more like a friend visiting then a tech come to just do work. Seth is awesome!
Good counsel by our sales rep Kelly, explaining what we could and couldn't do, plus thorough vetting of our old house's capabilities before making a final plan: these were key. Then, the workmen were knowledgeable, considerate and professional on the installation day. And the air conditioning works just as advertised. Unless something unforeseen crops up with the equipment, I'd say this was a very high-quality job.
Don't know if we will be recommending Standard only because everyone we know already has air conditioning!
I was primarily impressed with your sales representative who visited our home and discussed with me in great detail the options available for dramatically improving our home's energy efficiency. Robin Huber clearly an expert in heating and cooling systems, and as long as you keep him with Standard Heating and Air Conditioning, you're likely to keep many potential customers and to find new ones via your customers' "word-of-mouth" advertising.
always quick to get here when they say they will be here they come right on time do a pretty good check list of what needs to be done replace filters etc.i always have something going here in the home i am very busy so i forget to do things such as change filters pads etc. any little thing that needs attention with the furnace,and air they come and get the job done for me so i don,t have to worry it takes the stress out of myself remembering.so thankyou!!!!

Techs do a good job of explaining things. They are friendly. I like the fact that I can get a call 30 minutes in advance of my appointment so that I don't have to be at home for the entire four hour service window.
We have had your company here a couple of times for heating and A/C issues and have always been happy with the service and your employees. Repairmen are respectful of my home (wear booties on their shoes so they don't drag in dirt) and always call if they are going to be later than planned. They explain the problem well and what options we have for repair. LOVE the same day service!!
The regular visits to ensure everything is OK...you keep a history on the sheet attached to the wall by the furnace...and the quality of the products. We recommend you to our children and a number of our friends which you are doing and everyone is very pleased with the product and service. Thank You.

Everything is really well done, from the initial phone call, to the actual installation, to the follow-up service. I am totally impressed!
Our installer forgot to turn the new air-conditioner on..Then said it was the thermastat and my husband was furious at me for not trying it out right away. We do appreciate the prompt service the next morning and the furnance tune-up for commensation.
