price very competetive
When I call with questions or for service, I almost always speak with someone, immediately. If I have to leave a message, I receive a call back in a timely fashion. The salesperson "Mike" that I have worked with knows the products and services well, and I have never felt pressured to buy anything.
They arrive on time and are know what they are doing.
Reliable/ Attentive/ Kind
Since I started the monthly service plan, I don't have to remember to schedule service. A GREAT benefit for anyone who doesn't want to deal with maintenance issues. Technicians are thorough, professional, pleasant and quick. I have no furnace or AC worries.

The professionalism of your staff
The professionalism and willingness to help diagnose and fix the problems was outstanding. The service agent who performed the inspection was knowledgeable and willing to help me avert more serious issues with my furnace.
Chris did a very nice job in his cost estimating and the only reason I did not go with Standard was I did get a better price for the same work/equipment from another vendor.

I would have appreciated it if someone had taken my intermittent air conditioning problem seriously last year, rather than telling me I don't know how to operate an air conditioner and that I was expecting too much. I spent $10,000 on a new furnace and A/C with you folks, and I don't think I've had a single trouble-free year yet. I really appreicate that Deagan finally helped get my problem taken seriously, and I'm hoping Greg is able to resolve things. If not, I'll certainly be taking my business elsewhere. Prior to this problem, I used to recommend you to other people all the time. But when even your service manager told me last year that I was expecting too much, I've really about had it. Greg left me hopeful that this *WILL* be resolved, finally, and that I won't be charged. But I'm sitting here wondering if the problem is that I'm a single, female homeowner. Would it have taken this much persistence and effort on my part to be listened to if I were male? You've really blown my trust in your company with the way all of this was handled. Also, David may NEVER be sent to my home again. I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly by any of your staff as he treated me last year. I used to trust you folks to come into my home when I'm not here, but given how inconsiderate he was (and that he would never call me at work to discuss anything, in spite of requests that he do so), I now feel I should be present when there are problems to ensure I'm not simply being blown off. His "solution" last year, after I had finally complained to the service manager, was to stick a plastic bag over an intake vent in the basement...along with a note saying that my air conditioner works just fine. No, it does NOT work just fine. But I gave up complaining at that point...really tired of being treated that way, and apparently the service manager felt the same as David, or why send him yet again to insult me yet another time by telling me there wasn't a problem and then doing nothing to FIX my very real problem. I have a busy job, and for as often as this system has needed service, it's a real hassle to feel like I need to be home for every visit. While I don't think it's your fault that the furnace you sold me was such a lemon, and while at first you seemed to be standing behind it anyway, I'm increasingly wondering if I got ripped off going to you folks for this system. I'm now wishing I had shopped around and talked to other companies, rather than simply going with you, because you'd serviced the furnace that was here when I bought my home. So no, I wouldn't possibly be able to recommend you again, and there isn't much you can do to fix that at this point. I do expect you to fix my air conditioner, however. So thank you for doing that much, but it shouldn't have taken this kind of effort to get there.
