I love the preset service contract.
When it comes to heating and air conditioning, Standard Heating is the one for our family
The service person discovered the source of our air conditioner's problem and was able to fix it even though it is an older model. I was amazed that they would have the part in the truck. He was very pleasant and honest.
Knowledgeable salesman that came to our home to explain the products and services.

Overpriced compared to several others, and the customer service rep or technician weren't even able to tell me if the furnace had asbestos in it, which is a very important detail when I go to replace the furnace.
Pricing seems to be fair and the technicians are very good.
You are very dependable, timely and provide the services I need. Annual maintenance fee is a high price, I think. Especially when the time spent to have it done is very minimal. I would like to see a list of services you provide, what is included in each annual check up and what is included in a maintenance contract. Different maintenance people seem to do different things. Some do more than the other.

Speed of service and knowledgeable understanding service people. Just great
Prompt and reliable service is important to me. The time frame given was between 8-10 and the guy didn't call and didn't get here until around 10:30. I much prefer a phone call when the service window will be missed so I can plan accordingly. Because while half an hour late isn't a big deal, I had no way of knowing when he planned to show up because he didn't call me.
On the plus side: Service man knew his stuff, had the needed part in his truck, and made the repair quickly. So overall, I give the experience a seven.

We've always had good luck with your furnaces & AC's and your company.
Your service people are professional and friendly and arrive on time. Your service plan is excellent! I had a furnace tune-up and a month or so later, my furnace wasn't working because some moisture had gotten into one of the small hoses. A repair man came to my home at 11:30 pm on a Friday night and fixed the problem, free of charge, because of the service plan.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good prices, customized service, familiarity with older homes.
I was suprised by the cost. I didn't want to change a leaky gas flare fitting myself (safety reasons). The tech said the charge was $150. He admitted that the job only took 20 minutes. You had already charged travel time for other work. So I believe that cost is inordinately high. I went ahead a paid the cost due to convenience and wanting to get it fixed right away. I also thought the cost to change the capaciter on the AC was abit high. I will be much more cost concience in the future. My wife said the tech was friendly and did his job.

Phone is always answered when I call to schedule a routine check up visit. Jason always comes. Since he has been our technition for several years. I have confidence he knows our heating and a/c Unit very well.

The service technicians are always on-time, friendly and thorough. They explain every step of the process to ensure I know what they are doing and what I'm paying for. Their prices are as good or better than any of their competitors. Standard has provided me with consistent excellent service for several years now. I know I can contact their helpful office staff and quickly get an appointment every time. I refuse to contact anyone else for my heating or cooling needs. Thanks, Standard!

The $99 call fee felt excessive.
I had a furnace tune-up. Greg the tech was knowledgeable and courteous. However, he was done with the job in less than 20 minutes...it did not seem like a very good value even at $98 which was the special.
Perhaps all companies perform the service in a similar time frame and cost but I was left wondering if it was worth the effort. Thanks for asking for feedback -- most companies don't even ask!
