They Listen ! Everybody does, the technicians as well as those nice people scheduling the appointments (Ashley, Summer you know who you are ! )FRIENDLY, Timely, Courteous. Prompt. Encouraging reminders to maintain Heating AND Air conditioning. I only wish you serviced MORE of Minnesota ( Outside the Metro area )
The salesperson was a no show. Never called! We waited for over an hour and we gave up.
You can't make things right. We purchased a new furnace system from someone else.

I like Mike, the guy who normally comes. he lets me know way ahead what he will be watching in the future, doesnt try to make me spend money. and i don't have emergencies.
The guys answered ever question I had, and respectfully and clearly. There was no undue sales pressure, ever. I remember the names Chris (sales) and Rich, and there was a younger man who helped with the installation, Josh perhaps? I had some questions about our upstairs thermostat, and Rich was really helpful with that. Chris helped us understand that we did not need as large a capacity furnace as was currently in place. We have two furnaces, and I inquired with Chris whether it might be advisable for us to combine the systems into one. He considered it and told me that he did't think it was necessary and it would be expensive. There was a problem with my front storm door during installation (NOT caused by your employees) that flared when they were there, and they helped me fix it! Thaks for giving me a chance to tell you how great your employees are!
Your pricing was extremely high. I saved over $3,000.00 on the exact same Bryant system I had your company quote by using Wenzel Heating & Air. Same Warranty. Huge price difference. I called & let your Sales rep know of the huge difference
Every one is so knowlegdeable about the product.
The guy that came did an excellent job of finding the real problem which had to do with a power outage.
I liked that you were able to come out the same day that I called, the technician was friendly, considerate, on time, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part and had us up and running within 15 min.
Nathan is always so pleasant and friendly. He explains everything he is doing during the maintenace check on both furnace and air conditioner and if there is anything of concern. He is such a great representative of your company as he talks about the company with such pride. I have recommended him and your company to friends and will continue to do so.

Prompt, friendly, on time
The prompt service and knowledgeable service tech. He was quick to diagnose our problem, and just as quick to solve it. He also went beyond getting our AC back up and running and checked the rest of the system out to make sure there wasn't anything else that might go wrong.
I like it that it's a proactive service to come check my furnace and air conditioner before I need it and if something is wrong they would find it early.

The guys that come out for repairs know what they are doing, unlike the dudes from service plus. Purchased two furnaces for two different homes, one we currently live in, the furnace has had a couple issues that were fixed right away by your service techs. You guys Rock!
You are upfront about the costs. You are professional and on-time. All of these factors made our experience with your company VERY agreeable.
Ben came to our home as promised and said he would email bid for replacement. I had to call to get email bid sent to me. Your email did not go through even though you had the correct address. When I then asked for bid to repair my AC, Ben acknowledged my email request, but I have not received a response. You can make things right by emailing a response. Fast and quality service.
I got an appoint really fast, the service man was prompt and very personable. He explained what he was doing and advised me on general maintenance that I could myself. He was really great.
