Very prompt and courteous. Summer, the person that answers the phone, is very friendly and helpful.
You do waht you promise. Do it when promised and explain what's going on. My only complaint is for two visits in a row, both technicians did not reset my programable thermostat.

A couple of things. I bought a service call through Angie's list but made my scheduled the call beforehand. Those never got synced up; I got 4 calls trying to schedule a call that was already scheduled.
The other thing is it took $225 (all in) for a 15 minute call to replace a part on my air conditioner. Greg was great, so this isn't feedback about him. But you should find a way to create some kind of wow experience for that kind of money. If Greg had been here for hours working on it, I'm sure I would have thought it was a bargain. This was my first experience with you; I'm still thinking about Xcel's service package, etc. Something to think about. Good luck!
Prompt service is easy to set up. Service persons are respectful, explain things to me, are not in a rush but do a thorough job. They wear booties which is nice. I feel like I am not pressured.
The servicemen are most cordial, answer questions that I may have, and are most professional
in checking the furnace, humidifier, air conditioner and even the hot water tank. They are always neat in cleaning up any debris that may occur. I am also grateful to the office staff for keeping track of when maintenance is due. You have made life so much easier for me.

You took the time and made the effort to make sure that all the components needed for the installation were in place or scheduled before you got to the jobsite. Your service techs were very professional in both their work and their appearance and Bryan was especially personable.
On the sales side, I'm very impressed with Steve von Bokern. There was no guesswork. He did full load calculations on site, clearly pointed out all my options, and then stood back and let me make up my mind. Also, since I like to get to know any company I intend to do business with, I really appreciated the time he took to show me your operation on Plymouth Ave when I initially stopped by with questions. I got the impression that people there take pride in what they do.

I had to leave when you were installing the furnace,so I did not get a rundown of the controls of the furnace. I came back from being gone for 2weeks and have heard a clicking noise which disappears when I turn the blower switch off. Will you check it out or should I call Service Plus?? Your service is already excellent. The person who did the checkup yesterday was very polite and professional, as has been my experience in the past. Likewise for the person to whom I spoke on the phone when I called to confirm that I'd received your reminder & I was on site, i.e., at home. (I really appreciate the telephone reminder prior to yesterday's appointment, as I'd not written it on my calendars.) The reason I'm not more likely than 8 to recommend is my friends and I don't really discuss Heating & Air Conditioning. (Sad, but true.)

The repair person (Greg) was methodical. He answered ALL my questions even when I repeated a few as it took me time to understand. You have a great reputation for service and I had high expectations which were definitely met and even exceeded.
