The consistency of having familiar faces of service people coming each year. And, the compentency of those individuals. Nathan is 100% reliable and capable. We never have a problem getting someone to come when there's a problem whether it's A/C or furnace. We've been with the company since late 1980's.

The sales representative took a lot of care to make sure she understood the function of the vents in all the rooms, measured and gave us her evaluation of what size unit we needed and also explained what our options were in terms of converting our home to central air. The technicians worked diligently and professionally to install the unit and it was done with the highest level of care and skill. I have no doubt that the unit was excellently installed. And should anything arise with the unit I am confident that the company will stand behind their work and also give me an honest assessment should I need a repair.
The service people are very nice and knowledgeable
No big disappointment. Just not something I do much in any case. I was quite pleased with same-day service provided. Price of capacitior used in repair, a field in which I have some experience, seemed exorbitant.
