Lower prices for "quick fixes."
I did have a few beat up walls and door trim. A hole was punched in a wall for thermostat, not used and I was never informed. Outside wall wasn't sealed or insulated from outside puncture. Many scratches and hand marks were made on freshly painted walls. Nonetheless, I was happ with the promptness, the price and most of the communication. I would probably use you again as long as I know that I might have some damage.

Service personnel are knowledgable and personable. I called to check on the time frame for servicing furnace. Seth called first and arrived within that time frame.

The speed of service.
Standard Heating & AC have installed a furnace, AC and furnace humidifier for me. The Technicians have clearly been through a training program on their products and how to deal with customers. The Technicians are equipped with sheet metal fabrication capabilities on their trucks, and that saved a lot of time in one of the jobs that was done at my residence. We are also on the maintenance program, which gives us four check ups in a year for about $200, and gives us priority if there is ever a need for an emergency call.

I found you through Angies List. I thought the service provider (Dean) very genial, patient and professional. He thoughtfully put paper covers over his shoes, carefully answered all my questions (I've never owned and needed to maintain a gas furnace before) and carefully explained all payment options. I purchased your annual service agreement, but Dean really came to trouble-shoot a clanking sound that he determined was an inducer motor fan out of alignment. He temporarily fixed it with the understanding that it was a short-term solution. I look forward to a continuing relationship with such a service-oriented company.
