I felt that the entire process was very professional - from sales, to pre-installation check, to installation, to follow-up.
I appreciated that, especially when I had a felt a bit disappointed in the the fact that the humidifier - which I had decided not to replace - didn't work without a $200 part. When I let Standart Heating know about my disappointment, the called me right away to offer me something to make it better.
