The service person arrived on time, completed his work and explained what he had done. He also gave us future service options without using sales pressure. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and will definitely use Standard again.
We didn't like the sales person but your products reputation and price sold us. The installation crew did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the Bryant system. As a customer, you could give us a break on the filters. Forty two dollars is to much for those filters. Since I bought one from you, I have found them on the internet for thirty two dollars. If they can sell them for that, you could sell them to your customers for less.
I was able to schedule service the same day. The repairman showed up on time, and was friendly and knowledgeable.
