doing while installing the furnace and A.C. They weren't atraid to answer any of
my questions.

We are waiting on a quote on a furnace from salesman Jeff Pedderson. He said the quote would be ready shortly after his second visit on Oct. 2. On Oct. 7 I emailed and asked when the quote would be ready, and he responded that he would send it Monday morning, Oct 8. It is now Oct. 11 and we haven't seen it yet. We'd like to get the quote so we can decide to move ahead with Standard Heating or else go in a different direction.

The scheduling people were nice and efficient on the phone. Josh, the tech, was very professional and friendly. He was on time and asked if there was any questions or concernes I had about the heating system. Good job!

Well, after I thought I had made an appointment, it turns out that I was waiting this afternoon for nothing. After I called to check on what happened to the appointment, it seemed like I never had an appointment or at least it was not saved in the system. So, the evening call receiver told me that he would call out the emergency service at regular charge. That was helpful, however the problem could not be fixed even after $200 service and parts, and we are still without heat. I hope the problem is being diagnosed correctly and can be resolved efficiently.
