Timely service (although the appointment time was a four hour window, the team was prompt). Clear explanation of what was happening, what service was being done and what future maintenance would involve.

Service guy was friendly, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. However, no actual work or repairs were done, so I don't have the experience with your company to say any more than that.

During our service call last night, the technician (Seth, who was wonderful and helpful) noticed that our furnace vent had a hole in it, which he said could possibly lead to a CO leak in the house. We've had regular tune-ups from your technicians over the last 2+ years, and this is the first time anyone has noticed that vent problem (which Seth estimated had been there for a year or two). While all of your technicians have been very courteous and helpful, it is disappointing to hear that they are not catching potential problems/dangers with the equipment they are there to service.

you were right on time and since bonfe had cancelled on me the next day i really needed your help my aunt is 92 and the old boiler system was to say the least outdated however your servivice tech showed his expertise he was a total proffessional and fixed the problem within 15 minutes, i have a 1st clas boilers license and was not confident with touching anything on this old boiler thank you standard truly thank you

Professional, straight forward, honest

The tech was very friendly and informative about my heating system which was really helpful since I had just moved into the house and had no experience with a "heat pump" furnace.

1) you show up on time
2) there were no hidden fees. Better yet, I even some extras.
3) service person was courteous, clean, respected my house
4) received tips on future maintenance

Technician is always prompt, on-time and very professional. We always request Nathan and we've always gotten him.

Did not disappoint. Salesman seemed professional, knowledgeable and fair. But I am currently looking into lowest possible cost options with as much do-it-yourself as possible. Does not seem like Standard's niche.

Paul was great. He pointed out some areas of concern with my duct work and walked me through how to use your dampers to your benefit.

Not all parts were to my in-house humidifier were brought to the appointment and needed to be ordered.

I was hoping to have it up and running leak-free by the end of the appointment, but that was not achieved.

Fortunately the parts were ordered promptly and will be shipped to me.
