Once you found out we had a new baby you were able to get our service appointment right away.

We felt the cost of a furnace tuneup/safety check was very high in relationship to other furnace service companies. Your regular price of $149.00 less the coupon was much higher than we have seen or paid in the past. As we are leaving town for an extended stay we needed the furnace inspected and due to my delay in scheduling the service call all other companies I contacted had a 2 to 3 week wait list for inspections. Service tech seemed effecient and knowledgeable and was pleasant to deal with.

The guys worked really hard to try to fix my ancient furnace. They were knowledgeable and provided excellent information about the state of my furnace. Sadly, my furnace was deemed unfixable and unsafe. I could see that they truly cared about my safety and did the best they could to protect me.
