Furnace is working great; all installers were professional and courteous. So far, no complaints.

I really appreciate your employees. The guys that come into my home are so courteous and polite and so kind. I have had a noise issue ever since I had my new furnace put in a few years aso and no one has figured it out. Last night it was handled. The problem was the metal on top of the duct work. With a couple of pieces of a cork and rubber piece, it secured the top and now there is no more noise! I have given your name to many of my friends who have used Standard as their service company and I will continue to do so.
You could tell A.G. Smith, makers of fan blowers, that it is disheartening to learn that some oil might be leaking out of my furnace's unit, which is nine years old and which I had hoped to last 15 years.
Best service ever! Nathan and Seth go above and beyond! Standard has been with my family since 1976, we've never been disappointed.
The work was fine on the boiler I asked to be looked at, I don't like being told that other equipment is probably broken without even an inspection (we have a forced air heater as well), I interpreted that to be an upsell. The air handler in question WAS serviced by Standard Heating in 2010, and was deemed fine at that time. Had I requested an inspection of all our equipment, the comment would have been taken as advice and been just fine.
Price was the highest bid I got!

The technician was very thorough, and he showed me how to do some maintenance myself in order to avoid a large charge.
Prompt and Experienced. The technicians are well versed on the heating and/or air conditioning systems
The tech dispatched was not prepared to perform the work requested (relocate AC compressor for exterior work). After several telephone calls I was informed two techs would arrive to move the compressor. Indeed, a second truck arrived but a sole tech arrived with no instructions for the work to be performed. Reportedly, the tech struggled to move the compressor by himself and my 95 pound wife did her best to help. This was a two person job and a potential safety issue for just one man to handle.
On the bright side, Standard promptly accomplished the requested job during what likely is a peak time of the year.
