The man who came to my home was very courteous and helpful. He went beyond what I expected him to do. He was extremely thorough. He answered all of my questions and offered some helpful suggestions. I would not hesitate to have him come again.

What do you like about our services?

My service was quick and the technician was honest with me regarding the state of an old boiler. Most importantly to me, Seth walked into my house and immediately knelt down to pet my dog. How a person treats animals says a lot about their character and I would gladly recommend Standard Heating for that reason alone. He was even nice to my evil-cat-that-hates-everyone.

It was a good bid, slightly higher than a local competitor. one thing that would have benefited your sale would have been to schedule the estimate quicker.

We especially like that we get the same service tech each time we call. Paul is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciate that there's no "learning curve" with him. He's done the tune-ups and any repairs for us for several years so he already knows our system when he gets here.

I have always had a fabulous experience with your service people, especially yesterday. He was quick, thorough, and able to confidently discuss the system with me.

I was a little disappointed when I set up the appointment though. I got the impression that I was inconveniencing or frustrating the person I spoke with. Not sure if it was busy or they were having a bad day, but it was disheartening as a customer.

Nate was a wonderful salesman. He took the time to explain my furnace choices and answered all my questions. He was professional but also personal. You are fortunate to have him as your employee. We also liked the two men who came out to install the furnace. They did a great job and answered all my husbands questions as he was the one home with them that day. We also love the job they did! Carrie was helpful with setting up the appointment and taking our payment. We had a great experience with your company and have already told two neighbors about our positive experience.
