Everything went smoothly.
Tech came on Saturday to fix a/c. Found the cause to be a bad relay. He replaced this. Took about 45 minutes. Then when he energized the circuit, he found he wired it incorrectly and it blew a fuse on the furnace fan controller. Spent the next 3 hours troubleshooting but did not get it fixed. Furnace board smells and blows fuse every time he energizes condenser. I'm waiting for a service call on Monday by another tech to get it working. I've had good service in the past, but this trip was very disappointing.

Everything went so smoothly at the outset - sales and installations. However, follow up on the small things was very rocky - I had to call a few times - to schedule the sales rep for walk thru after installation, to schedule installation tech to come back (to caulk leak found by sales rep) AND he was very late w NO call prior to scheduled appt, to schedule replacement vent then sales rep did not bring proper tools and we weren't sold on the type of replacement he'd selected. I finally bought my own replacement vent and installed it myself.
Excellent communication from the technician (Seth) about our request. Also gave good advice about air conditioning and furnace maintenance.

The service person , Seth, was on time, personable, courteous & very informative. He explained everything he needed to do in a clear, concise manner. He made recommendations that would be beneficial for us. I have already shared my experience with a neighbor & highly recommended Standard Hearing to them.

Came out next day. Service technician didn't have the part he needed so he immediately drove to get it. Came back and installed it. Price was fair.

The workmanship was outstanding when we put in new furnace and air conditioning. A problem did arise when some piping that was installed was later to be discovered to interfere with the opening of a service box for another home service. A call was made and Standard Heating & Conditioning worker came out and made a change in the piping at no cost to us. The issue was discovered a couple of years after the installation.
