Prompt, reliable, friendly, professional
Prompt, thorough, friendly and very professional.
First off - I called in after 5pm and was greeted after 1 or 2 rings by a friendly rep. He was polite and helpful. I was really surprised that I could get service so quickly.
2nd - my onsite technician was on-time, and very friendly. Each time he came inside he covered his boots, huge PLUS! I feel like the tech was also very through and checked over everything.

Easy to schedule and quick diagnosis of issue
Honesty and concern for our family's safety. Seth explained things in a way I could understand.
Of course my air-conditioner became defective on a very hot day. It was a Sunday. I called for service and was given a message that you were not an (on call) operation. I think as a service organization your service should be available when needed. As I am 95 years old it was very uncomfortable to wait until your next working day. I was willing to pay over time for the service.
When they came on Monday it was very quick and efficient service.

Regarding Std HTG & AC and 5*service person,Jason: Std responded quickly,in spite of the high demand during this extremely hot week, to honor my request for Jason to come and evaluate our broken AC system. Jason's calm, patient and respectful manner allowed him to describe the symptoms after which he proceeded to troubleshoot the malfunctioning unit. He assured me that he would be able to take care of the situation, which he did. As soon as he identified the problem, he described two possible solutions depending on what he found as he continued to work. With his technical knowledge, his creative problem solving ability and positive nature, he repaired and restored the AC unit in a very short time. We appreciate Jason's expert skill and knowledge in this field and trust in his judgement. We highly recommend him and his work..Susan and Chuck Pogemiller

Final bill was a little more than I was expecting.
Sales guy Mike helped us save money--two years ago we asked him if our old AC unit should be replaced, but he told us to wait another couple of seasons. So this year when we decided to get a new one, we called him because he had been truthful. And he clearly explained our options and the price comparisons in choosing a new unit. The installation crew was on time, friendly, explained what they were doing...and left both the inside and outside areas cleaner than when they arrived. Finally, they reviewed operating and maintenance information about the new unit. Friendly, nice people. Really a good experience!
I was really impressed with the response time for the AC issue I was having. A tech was sent out the same day and was able to solve the issue. I'm also very appreciative of service being performed under warranty since it appeared to be a small part failure that caused the problem. Things are working great again now and I am a very satisfied customer.

Your technicians and their attitude are key. Whenever I call I get a highly experienced tech who approaches a problem from a 'what's in the best interest of the customer' perspective, whereas many of your competitors come at a situation with 'how do I push product to meet my upgrades quota today'. Most customers don't have a hvac background and can't evaluate repair recommendations so they need to rely/trust the tech, which is much easier to do with Standard. Keep doing what you're doing.
