I had our A.C. serviced a few weeks back and at that time the technician could not to an accurate test of the unit as he didn't have the correct tool. After thinking about it I called your company back and they did send out a technician to re-check the unit. It was done and felt much better knowing things were okay. The technicians were very good. Never had a problem with Standard.
