The technician who came in to our home said that we're wasting his time because we didn't want to purchase a new Nest even though we paid him $149 to spend literally 20 minutes to look at our thermostat. And according to my wife, he was rolling his eyes with attitude the minute we said we didn't want to get a new Nest because ours was under the warranty. We were considering buying from you if the Nest broke down again but we weren't very happy with how we were treated in our home. It's absolutely unacceptable! Very disappointed.
They are always prompt, friendly and get the job done quickly. Also like that with the service plan they email and call to remind you of your tune ups as I am busy and forget.

Great work. Friendly and on time
We had problems with our heat pump and called another company first who told us to replace the heat pump. I then called Standard Heating and Air Conditioning and expected to be told it would be at least a few days for a service call, but that afternoon they were here. The technician fixed some wiring problems, checked the system and we are running fine! They are the best trained and knowledgeable company in the Twin Cities area.
