You only offered two A/C units: Bryant and York and York gets lousy ratings. Seer ratings went from 13 to 16 . . . again, not much choice. Not sure if prices were competitive or not. Workmanship was great!

There is about a 10-15 temperature difference between the upstairs on downstairs when running the AC. I don't feel like this should happen after having a new furnace and AC installed.

Your service technician would recently performed our maintenance did an outstanding job.
I was impressed with the quick response time to come out and assess the problem and they have reasonable rates. Not pressured to purchase a new air conditioner. The technician, Nathan was a nice guy and was able to explain the problem and was open to questions we had regarding our air conditioner.
