On time
The $675 charge was a couple hundred over what others said they could have done the job for.
The solution was only a temporary fix.
Just a few weeks later, my AC is not working and producing strange ozone like odors.
The estimated follow up is again higher than what others would charge.
The best company and technical service people imagine able. Guys are higher than a 10.

Quote was too high, salesperson was here for an hour and a half, took way too long, I missed an appt because of it. So much focus by the salesperson on how great Standard Heating is, it began to come across as so phony. We are in sales, and it got to the point where I wasn't even listening to your sales person anymore, I just was waiting for him to leave. Very nice man, but too much talk and then the quote came in at $1400 over Centerpoint for the same work. We are going with Centerpoint.

I have been using Standard Heating for years and have always found them to be responsive and provide professional work.
You were able to take care of my situation within hours.
1) Came within 1 hour - astonishingly fast. 2) Very important - very competent technician had a simple test which diagnosed the problem in less than 1 minute. Explained the symptoms I was experiencing - that only happens when the technician is experienced. 3) Standard Heating appears to have a network supporting the technician - took about 30 minutes? to locate the exact OEM replacement part (Lennox outdoor compressor unit cooling fan)- technician drove out to get it and had it installed in 1 hour. I REALLY appreciate that Standard Heating ONLY uses OEM replacement parts, so the unit works exactly as it should. The replacement fan puts out a MUCH stronger air stream - I now realized that old fan had been getting weaker and weaker for several years. I estimate 4 times the air flow.

Mike is very prompt and knowlegable in his profession. He has taken care of our furnace and a/c for a number of years. he does a good job, and will have him whenever we need work done. Thank you Mike.

I was able to get initial appointment the same morning. Knowledgeable, friendly and honest staff. Felt I could trust what they were telling me. They also took time to explain what was going on. Because they had to shut the gas off they took the time to make sure all my gas appliances worked. Even when the gas fireplace pilot took a lot of work to get re-lit.

I am sorry, but I do not remember his name for sure, but maybe Joe? He was prompt and polite and gave information on how to cover the unit during the winter months.
Knowledgeable, pleasant, answering most of my questions and most important he was familiar with this exact type of heating a/c system.
When I called for service, I was given an appointment the same day and the service man stayed in contact with me so I knew times and such.
