The prices! I feel like I'm getting a fair price and not getting ripped off. I am leaving Bonfe and switching to Standard. I received a quote from Bonfe to replace a bad furnace fan motor. Bonfe quoted me $658. That sounded steep to me so I called Standard to get another quote and the same fan was only $450! I will exclusively be a Standard customer for all my heating/central air needs going forward.
I think your technicians are possibly the best trained in the business, my recent A/C problem was tackled and executed in a prompt professional manner
Every step of the way my requirements were being dismissed as "unneeded" or "stupid" or "will never use." Felt like it was very condescending towards me through the entire process. The engineers seemed to understand what I was looking for and helped come up with solutions, but even they dismissed most of my concerns about sound, efficiency, and usability.

Great service from the moment I called in to schedule the service call (Jessica) all the way through to Ben who gave me info. that I could understand.
Prompt, efficient, educational. Liked that Jason put booties on his shoes to keep the house clean even though he didn't need to. He told me the problem, quoted the price and told me how long it would take., and upon my approval promptly fixed it. Regarding another problem, he also showed me what to do if the plenum leaks water again. Very polite and knowledge.

Not at all--it was great. I just don't recommend anything to anyone unless they ask. If someone asks, you'll get a glowing report.
Rich was very easy to work with not pushy, knowledgeable and respectful of our home and my time.
I was a little surprised/disappointed that the initial $99 service/visit charge didn't go toward the repair cost.
The basic repair cost was $175 (capacitor) but with the additional $99 charge it became a relatively expensive repair for a low cost component (~$30-50) to a grand total of $264.
Technician was VERY friendly and helpful, definitely was impressed with the work, just the repair cost was a bit higher than expected given the repair/labor involved.
Responsiveness and timeliness. Thorough in their work and their communication. Trust-worthy and tremendously knowledgeable; and overall just a friendly staff of experts, from the office to the service technicians.
The only problem is that our technician changed our battery in the thermostat and now it is continually blinking that it has a low battery - even though we checked that it has a brand new battery. I don't know how to fix this - do you think someone could take care of this for us since it resulted from the visit?
The service was very quick and while there was a slight error on the initial fix, another tech came out very quick the next business day and solved the issue. Also, the customer service on the phone was exceptional.
