Very prompt service and highly knowledgeable
You left us a bill for $100 and told us we had a damper problem(a problem we already knew about). You advised us on how you would fix the problem and could do the work within a matter of a few days. We said please put us on the calendar to start the work. We instead received a phone call that said you weren't interested. We now have another company eager to take our money and complete the work. Very disappointed and would strongly discourage anyone from working w/you.

Your people seem to really care and try hard to accommodate print scheduling and delivery of services.
Have each tech call 30 min in advance of arrival even for install. The repair tech called 30 min in advance and the installers arrived 60 min after the installation window for which I had to call the main office for an update.

I'm not disappointed in service I received at all. I purchased a new A/C and furance so I didn't have any problems. They are both only 2 years old and very disappointed that I've had these issues. I never had problems with my old A/C or furance. Just felt I needed to get new because it was the original with the house. About 30 years old. I'm very concerned that once my warrenty us up that I will be spending a lot of money for maintenance. Not happy.
Everything. Nathan is our go to guy and he is fabulous. He knows his stuff inside and out and he is always professional yet wearing a smile. We recommended your company to our sister and she now has a new furnace and air conditioner with an on-going service contract. Couldn't be happier.

Rapid response, polite service persons, and reasonable prices
We were especially pleased with the quick follow-up service we received when we returned from a trip to find a system problem that was not directly related to the AC installation that was done while we away. Within 24 hours of calling in the problem it was diagnosed by one service man, the defective part was obtained and it was installed in time that everything was working correctly When we closed the house sale later in the day! Standard also shared the cost of this fix with us which was much appreciated.
