This was the only company that wanted to look in every room of my house and talked a long time. The guy was knowledgeable and nice but I don't think watching videos and asking personal questions should be a sales tactic. I tried saying I don't want to sit and chat I just wanted a bid but that wasn't acceptable apparently.

Seth is an excellent Technician! He is very knowledgeable, does excellent work (and our dog loves him!). I have also had other Stanard Techs who are excellent -- never a bad experience. I recommend Standard highly.
Our consultant is so thorough and very personable. He definitely knows what he is doing and he seems to like his job so we highly recommend him.
People who have worked on our furnace and a/c have all had a high level of product and professional knowledge and have been punctual, courteous and thorough in their work. The explanations they have given and information they have provided have been useful and easy to understand and apply.
Office staff members have been very helpful and professional as well.

Well informed technicians
The price was fair for the complete replacement of our furnace and AC. Our sales person was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we understood what the differences were between other systems and what size we needed for our home. The installation team was quick and courteous. We enjoy our new furnace and AC and definitely are benefiting in lower electric and gas costs.
The technician was great! Very nice and knowledgeable about what the issues were.

The technician, Chris, was awesome. He walked me through everything that he was doing and explained what he was looking for. He did some troubleshooting of condensation but because of the way the builder had installed the furnace, could not track the source of the problem. He recommended that I have a senior technician come and take a look at it and they were there a few hours later! Great service. Thanks.

Well, first I don't live within 500 miles of you, second, when I received the first notice of service I called and told whomever answered the phone about this mix up, third, apparently no one there cares about this mix up, and forth, your staff should have verified the information when this service was performed for whomever it was performed for... Please remove this email from your system since it is obviously not correct.
Everyone that I have dealt with -- from the person setting up the appointment to the service technician -- has been very competent and pleasant.
I like how consistently thorough Nathan is in all of his service. I feel confident that no short cuts were taken and that my heating and cooling systems will operate efficiently.
I have done business with many other companies and they don't compare with standard heating! All of the employees that have come to my home know what they are doing! I like that.
