Everyone is very Friendly and Professional, they communicate very well and are not out to sell you more then what you need. I think that their prices are fair as well. I have had a few different experiences with Standard Heating and Air and from the beginning they felt like a company that I could trust and know that I'm going to get a good Product and Excellent Service.

I was not present during the visit, but my wife mentioned that the technician was very familiar with the filter system of our unit. He was very helpful and courteous.

No disappointment -- The appointment just took a little long, although I was happy to give the time so that a new employee could learn the ropes. Am also not too keen on always being pressed to purchase add-on services. . . All in all, though, the technicians were pleasant and professional.

Standard HVAC got back to me immediately and sent someone out right away. The problem was small, he fixed it, and everything was back up and running within one hour - at a reasonable cost. Very satisfied.

AC unit was not cooling properly. Repairman came out added freon but was unable to fix leak. Was told someone would call and reschedule time to find leak. That was in June. NO ONE HAS CALLED!
