Responsive, competent, good value and really honest, pleasant staff. I almost never say this but I rate Standard Heating & Air a 10 out of 10. We've been customers for over 10 years and I can say we've always been pleased with this company.
I discontinued service with my old heating/AC contractor because of overbooking. I've had no problems of this type with Standard. I have always gotten a timely appointment. Your techs are courteous and friendly. They obviously like what they are doing.

We have been Standard customers for nearly thirty years and have been very satisfied with the heating/cooling equipment provided and the service/ care of this equipment. Quality representatives and technicians give courteous and prompt service. Highly competent and men of quality.

Our appointment with Paul was for 9am & he was right on time. The furnace inspection went perfectly & Paul also serviced our Aprilaire humidifier. Paul also replaced our furnace filter. We have been with Standard Heating since we built our home 14 years ago & are satisfied with our service & reliability. I might add that we also have our air conditioning serviced by Standard as well.
We are currently living in Illinois and had an AC issue with a property in Minnesota which is currently for sale and having daily showings. Selling a house long distance is stressful enough without having your AC go out in August. Luckily, we decided to call Standard and are happy we did. Both of the office ladies that I spoke with were very nice and helpful and the tech, Nathan, was very personable and was able to find and fix the problem before the next showing. All in all very happy with the whole transaction.

The response time was about 2 hours! The technician (Jason) was very professional and seemed to enjoy his job!
Just about everything, Nathan is so helpful, no matter what we ask him he has had the correct answer, explains everything he has done for us, we feel he is one of the best representatives for you. We recommend Standard to everyone we talk to. We would never ever change, you make everything so easy for as we get older the reminders are the best.
