I had my air-conditioning fixed that same day it stopped working someone came the next day and fixed it and it only worked for 2 weeks after spending almost $700. When I called they sent someone out again who took one look at it and said not only does your air not work but the problem with the air caused your heat to also not work. He then proceeded to tell me it was going to be another $300 . Wow almost $1000. He couldn't even promise me that this would work. Why should I continue to waste money if I have no idea if what you guys are doing will work. I think you took advantage of me and now I have the difficulty of deciding how we will have heat this winter. I called the service manager over 2 weeks ago and never heard back. No good.

Joe is fantastic. He is always on time. He is thorough, but goes about his job quickly and effectively. He's also just a really nice guy.

Dave was professional and had the install of the humidifier done in a reasonable amount of time. He showed me what I needed to do to operate it and advised me about my water heater needing to be replaced. He also cleaned up after himself and was courteous. I was satisfied with the service I received.

I was called the morning of my appt. to discuss what I wanted. Looking for ventless A/C. The tech I was talking to seemed to be talking me out of the system with no interest in my interests. The tech then called me 1 hour before the appt. to cancel the 4 pm appt on a Friday. Said his child was sick. Which I can understand, as I have kids. But then say hey will call Monday to reschedule and to never hear back? Just seemed off from the beginning
