Sofia Garcia cuts hair well, and she is warm in her interactions with me. As any good associate should, she asks quick questions about my styling products, and she clearly will recommend something if I ask her to, but she is not pushy about making those kinds of sales.

The team didnt see to be organized. I witnessed one of the stylists confuse a customer with a bill twice. The same stylist didnt seem to listen when I suggested that my son's sides needed to be shorter. She immediately seemed to get defensive and get an atititude.
