I made the mistake of going to a different hair cutting salon. I went back to Sydney at Sports Clips and she corrected the problem. She is very knowledgeable, and she listens to the customers input.

Danielle does a fantastic job with my hair! She always asks how things look. She has a terrific personality also!
The woman who cut my hair had an attitude when my wife asked her to fix the back of my hair whose was not cut straight and kept throwing her dirty looks while cutting my hair. When she tried to show her where it was not straight she cut her off while she was talking to her. She was rude and I will never be back there again.

This was my first time getting a haircut at Sport Clips. My son, who’s a regular, convinced me to give it a shot. I went to a different location than his usual one, and I have to say, the experience totally exceeded my expectations. I only wish I remembered the stylist's name—she did an absolute fantastic job.
The ladies working there were very helpful and kind with a mother of 3.

She was so nice and patient with my squirmy boy. I appreciated it. He looked great with his new back to school haircut!
I went to the app to get in line. The wait was over an over. I chose Iliana. I received my confirmation text at 12:45.
The next text to me the stylist would be ready for me in 15 minutes. That text arrived at 1:39.
I arrived in the store at 1:51 and the screen told me I had a 4 minute wait.
Next time I look I’m on deck.
I look two minutes later and I’m on deck with a second person. But now I’m second in line and he wanted first available.
By this time it’s after 2pm. Illiana comes to the computer screen and calls the other fellas name and skips me.
I then am moved down the list and now my wait is 26 minutes. I’ve gone from 4 minutes to on deck to now 26 minutes.
It gets better. Illiana finishes her customer, then takes a fella in front of me because he was skipped because he had stepped outside to answer a call and missed his spot.
Now it’s 2:30. I object and she takes me instead. I finally get out of the store at 2:47.
This same nonsense happened in college station months ago. So this is not the first time I’ve had this problem.
It’s nonsense is what it is. How many times does this happen if it’s happened to me twice.
Honestly the stylist are better than other places I've gone too. Not sure if it's mangement or better trained but all have been really good. I started to just use Tu but then she was gone for a while and I started using Hollie. Both have been excellent and dont mind trimming my eyebrows. Great ladies right there.
I needed a summer trim-up on a random Tuesday before lunch. I checked the app for the Sweetwater location in Sugarland. Less than 20 minute wait... excellent... It'll take me that long to drive over.
I walk in and before I could sit and pull out my phone, Madeline is calling my name. (I think her name was Madeline), but she was rocking a Houston Rockets jersey - AUTOGRAPHED - by (I'm pretty sure), Olajuwon. Now, if you come to work dressed in that - you better bring your "A" game. I might miss a name tag, but I remember an autographed jersey.
Well, Madeline had game. "Would you like a shampoo or MVP, today?" No thanks, gotta mow the lawn when I get back." "My notes say you like a #6 sides & back, blend in the top and a rounded neck?" "Yup, perfect!"
Madeline gets me situated in the chair and spins me towards the TV - ESPN: Colin Cowherd. Now, I can tell that Madeline can read a customer. A haircut is like my "spa" day. I close my eyes and let her do her work. It is uuuuber relaxing for me. She sees my eyes close (I assume). I dunno - my eyes were closed. But she just went about her business - didn't try to break my moment with, "Howz yer day goin'?" "Whatcha doin' fer the weekend?" She just let me relax and listen to Colin. She must have been listening, too, because at some point he says something funny. I chuckle (eyes still closed) and I hear her chuckle behind me. I appreciate that.
Madeline, you were the highlight of my Tuesday. Thank you for letting me just chill for a bit.
OH! How was the haircut? I told you she had on an autographed Olajuwan jersey! Slam Dunk! A-game. It's perfect.
Our stylist Dre is awesome. She always remember my son’s style. She also takes her time with him. Plus she cuts and styles very well.
