More consistency in the quality and training of the stylists. Ome time I go and get a fantastic hair cut, and the next, I regret my choice. I notice at the Conroe location there is on stylist there that has an hour wait for customers. The rest are there of the stylists stand around marveling at how long her line is.

Maria in Willis is the best! I've been getting the same style cut for years and the first time I had her cut it she suggested trying something to make it look better and it worked great! She does an amazing job trimming and styling my beard as well when it gets unruly! That was another area she suggested trying a new style and we went with it cause I trusted her judgement and now my beard looks sharper than it ever did! Highly recommend!
