All stylists are not equal, not by a long shot. A few, which I try to schedule regularly, are excellent. Most are mediocre, and a few are simply incompetent. So, overall my experience with Sport Clips is good (because I'm careful to select one of the very good stylists), but any recommendation to a friend would come with a warning.

Showed the barber a picture and got a haircut that was just what I wanted
I went online to set an appointment. I was first and all stylists were available. I chose first available. I arrived before the deadline to keep my place and there is a guy in front of me on the line up board and suddenly all the stylists have a customer.
This is not what generates repeat business. I should have been first rather than having to wait 10 minutes. Get this FIXED!!!! If it happens again I won’t be back.
