The place is well-equipped and clean, and the staff is very pleasant and professional.
First of all, it starts with the employees and Kiana is one of the best. I know she’s a manager. I think she should be promoted to being a general manager. She is that great always pleasant super knowledgeable and her clientele is phenomenal. It’s just a blessing to be able to get to see her and get her to cut my hair and my son‘s hair the product she’s recommended for my son‘s hair has changed his attitude because his hair has stopped flaking and looks great with her wonderful haircut. She gives them every time. Thanks again for having employees like this. It makes going to sports cuts a blessing.
Dre was very professional. She asked a lot of questions and made sure it was the haircut that I really wanted! She was positive and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to make sure it was the perfect visit!

I've had in my past. She always remembers to not turn on the massager so that it doesn't affect my back in a negative way and always makes me feel like a important costumer by asking about my wellbeing

Courteous stylists and great environment
Visited the Pearland location for the second time today. Recently moved to the area and a long Sport Clips fan. And I will continue to be, juat not of this franchise as the service is terrible. Went in without checking in online. I had a day off and time, no big deal. I went in and checked in. I was on deck at 11:57 per the text message but with friends visiting stylists I knew it would be delayed. A gentleman named Paul came in and was asked if he checked in. He said no. Stylist said dont worry about it I will check you in and get you in line. This happened to be ahead of everyone there, three of who left while I was sitting in the waiting area. I would have left too, but was curious to see how terrible the service was. After being on deck at 11:57 I was finally greeted over 30 minutes later. What a terrible customer service experience. I will continue to visit Sport Clips, but will never visit this particular location again. A shame because its close, but I rather drive 20 miles away to the next one for a real experience. One, they cant pick and choose their customers, you never know who you are cutting hair for. Two, your workout booty shorts are not work attire, they are gym attire. Three, no greeting acknowledgement upon entry and just stares isnt welcoming.
Angel is awesome! She is always professional and very pleasant. My son loves that she remembers him, their conversations and his style.
