Angel was wonderful. She did a great job on my sons hair. He normally is super quiet at the barber, but not this time. Ms. Angel had him giggling and talking the whole time. She is great and friendly.
Before entering your establishment a homeless man approached me for some spare change. I gave him all the cash I had then proceeded to enter Supercuts. I was greeted by a white woman with tattoos and snakebite piercings but her greeting was disrespectful. The first thing she said to me after I said good afternoon was "you got drugs?" I asked her to repeat herself and sure enough she asked again "drugs?" She was eluding to the money I gave the homeless man... I absolutely do not appreciate her unprofessionalism. After that the three women working the counter argued over who was going to cut my hair. They came to the conclusion the new hire would cut my hair and she cut more that just hair. The back of my neck is burning and cut by the stylist electric razor. Should I get an infection I will be seeking legal action.

The person who cut my hair was so much fun to talk to and normally I hate talking while getting getting my hair cut but she made it such and enjoyable experience being able to go back and forth about things we have in common and our interests. My haircut went by super quick and looks wonderful as well. Very comfortable and have zero complaints I was taken care of like family.

Piper was great at the clear lake marketplace location in Texas
I have been going to this location on Northpark in Kingwood, TX for about 7 years. The ladies are professional and friendly. I bring my son as well, he only requests Sports Clips when needing a haircut. Brenda is my stylist of choice. She is excellent and has a great personality. She is also a natural leader and is a great example to the other employees.

Very quick and easy to get a standard haircut. Plus, the system saves your preferences for the next time. I have not asked if every location has access to the same saved data, but I am assuming so.
I've always receive a good haircut at your shop on FM1488. However, I felt the technician that recently cut my hair (Kaitlin), and has in the past, seemed a little abrupt and more rough handed with her comb and scissors than I had experienced in the past. She seemed unhappy about something. Normally she has always been very pleasant. The change was enough to be evident.
