Jocelyn’s blades were sharp they cut right through my skin.
It’s awkward to bring it up and embarrass her. She said she working from 2017 she should have the basic common sense to maintain her equipment right. I would never get a cut from Jocelyn again.

Worst haircut of my life. Rita ran into the shop with a brown paper bag, had me sit down while she ran to the back to drop it off. She proceeded to rush and do a horrible job, pulling my hair several times with the trimmers, but also missing several spots. One side of my head is faded the other is a hard line. The bangs are three inches long while the rest of my head is essentially buzzed.
I knew it was bad, but she jelled it down. Whatever, I’m not going to cause a scene in the store. When I got home and washed it and actually looked at it… yikes. I should have been a problem in the store.
I won’t be coming back to any sports clips locations. I’ll save the $30+ and just buzz my head at home. You’d have to actually pay me for me to come into your store.

One of the things I appreciate most is that there’s rarely a long wait, and the service is consistently excellent. Every stylist I’ve worked with has been professional, friendly, and attentive to what I want. They take their time, do an outstanding job, and make the entire experience enjoyable.
It’s hard to find a business that delivers great customer service every single visit, but this location does exactly that. If you’re looking for a place that values its customers, provides quality haircuts, and creates a welcoming atmosphere, this is the Sports Clips to visit. Highly recommended!

Nancy is the best stylist that I have had since going to Sport Clips. She is very conscientious about her work and is top notch with her customer service. I almost gave up on Sports Clips due to shoddy service and bad haircuts in the past. Nancy won me back. She is an expert at what she does.
