One of your workers was talking disrespectfully about a customer because they wanted something fixed on the haircut. They never said it to his face but I saw her throwing a fit.
The same worker ended up being my haircutter. She did a horrible job and didn't do anything that I asked. The entire hair cut is butchered and I'm going to another place to get it fixed. I won't be coming back ever.

The products are good except that it gets very hot under the protective sheet. I recommend putting a small low voltage fan behind the legs to blow cool air under the sheet since it blocks all the cool air from you. It would be a huge upgrade to your business and you would have much happier customers. Almost every time I am in one of your stores I hear and experience the same discomfort in the chairs. Thank you

Normally we don't have any issues with the person who cuts our sons hair but this time it was in even and shorter then wanted, instead of a fade my son hair on top was almost butchered.
From the quality cut, to the hot or cold towel, and the scalp massage, I always walk out feeling like I got the best service!
The cost of a 10 minute haircut (I am mostly bald) should not exceed $35.
