Asunay was very prompt to greet me. I registered for the next available and she welcomed me as if I signed up for her specifically (I definitely will next time.) she listened to what I wanted, gave me a great cut and an excellent shampoo! Will definitely be back

I’m just impressed with my haircut each time I go. Cassie at the New Caney, Tx location is exceptional. She’s professional, kind, and takes her time to make sure it’s done right.

Madi has become my go to stylist. She cuts my hair exactly the way I like it and is a joy to be around.
Max at the Alvin location takes extra special care to get your cut just right. He’s meticulous in his approach and wants to make it perfect.

The process of getting on the waitlist is super easy. Additionally, the associates working are personable & always greet me when I walk in. I have also successfully found a hair stylist that listens to what I want & she provides top notch service (Alyssa).
Sport Clips is a well-organized operation with a collection of accomplished stylists. Patty is my favorite!

Well my haircut was not good. I saw things after I got home where stylist went too close above my ears and left a bald spot, took a chunk where she went too close near the back of my head. I’m going to take it all down now so it doesn’t grow in weird. I haven’t been to sport clips in years and I will never be back.

The end result of my son’s haircut yesterday was actually great, so I do want to acknowledge the skill. However, the experience wasn’t pleasant. ASI watched from the waiting area, the stylist was pretty rough, shoving his head into place multiple times and pulling his hair, and she didn’t come across as friendly —- she spoke to my son as though she thought he was unintelligent. The reality of the situation is he couldn’t hear her well and is quite shy to begin with. My son communicated that had the stylist simply asked him to tilt his head or move it in a certain direction he could have done so without her forcibly shoving it around. He also communicated that she could have treated him with more respect rather than assume he was being a rude teenager. Because of the experience, he doesn’t feel comfortable returning to this location, and we will be choosing a new place for the future. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

The stylist was not confident and did not provide options for type of hair cut! I requested a #3 blend; and sides and back were not blended at all.....they did not know how to find the Astros telecast; no idea what station they were being broadcast!!!
