Scheduled a time, arrived early, and then others were put in front of me and delayed start time. I was told it was because I scheduled with a single stylist, but not that’s who was available in schedule. Why have a schedule if walk ins get in front?
Emily was amazing, I don't have a single complaint about her. Very serious, and professional at all times.
The MVP experience was one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I left the salon feeling like a king. I am absolutely gonna come back for my next clip, and for the foreseeable future.

I was in line for a stylist (checked in, name was on the board). I waited considerable time and then a different stylist took me and the next person immediately went to the person I had selected in the app.

Everything, each stylist is incredibly professional. Especially Monica in Willis Texas. She remembers her customers she calls them out by name. She remembers things with all the customers she cuts hair for. It’s impressive and is the reason I keep coming back.
