Watched the stylists chat for 15 minutes in the back before i was acknowledged in the store. One person eas getting a cut but no one else was there. I also received a poor haircut. Fade uneven on each side and spots missed. Stylist rushed and seemed more interested in her trip she was leaving for that evening then focusing on my hair cut
I have fun going there and my hair looks nice today.

The lady messed up in the back line of my hair and kept going higher trying to fix it. It’s embarrassing and I had to go pay for another person to fade it out. I am not happy at all and won’t be back, at least until I forget about this. If you want a picture, I can send it

My stylist was very friendly and did a good job overall with my haircut. I appreciated her professionalism and the way she interacted with me.
However, I was surprised by something during the appointment. When she asked to trim the back of my neck, which is completely normal, she went beyond the neckline and used the razor down my back inside of my shirt, shaving a noticeable portion of my upper back and across my shoulders. I was not aware that this was going to be done, and it was not something I had requested.
As a result, I now have a large section of my back shaved, which looks unusual and will likely feel uncomfortable as it grows back. I wanted to share this feedback in case it helps with communication and making sure clients understand exactly what will be trimmed before it is done.

Alex, my go to barber, never disappoints me. He cut my hair with precision. MVP is strongly recommended with him. Everyone next day, complemented my hair cut. A lot of times, customers don’t pay attention to the feedback request but, I am completing this because I genuinely loved the service.

I was well taken care of wit a fine Experience and haircut by Maria.
This last visit actually went very well. I have been going to Sports Clips for years with varied results and was intending to start going elsewhere based on average to poor service. The last 3 times I have been, Madison has cut my hair and done a great job every time. Honestly she gives one of the best hair cuts I've ever had. She is confident in what she's doing and skilled. I hope she stays at that store for a long time because usually I don't see many stylists stay for long.
My rating of how likely I am to recommend is based on the company, not on her work for my last visit.

Received a great cut at my Sport Clips. Stylist was pleasant, thorough, and explained everything she did. Even made suggestions and really was quite attentive in making sure I received a quality cut.

The experience was good. Haircut was mostly how I wanted. Had to ask the stylist to cut the top shorter after she finished. She talked TOO MUCH!
It is easy to schedule on the app and select the stylist you want. I always select Lottie who does a wonderful job.

Haircuts aren't consistent. I like the service, the price is about as affordable as can be found anymore, but the lack of getting a consistent haircut each time is uneasy.
