Good haircut, ok price, great customer service
The stylist, Jessica, did not listen to my son/the client. He showed a photo and even specified the length. I don't think she's used to cutting curly hair because the length she cut off a majority of his curls. He was so embarrassed walking out. While Jessica apologized, she should if read his body language while he was in the chair because I walked up mid haircut and immediately could see how uncomfortable he was. I asked her to stop cutting length and only even out the other side. Which did not happen. Luckily Emily the manager tried to help but the damage was done.

I went to Sports Clips after having one of your local competitors chop off part of my hair that was not asked for nor planned to be cut. I was very upset. The young lady at Sports Clips in Texas City was very comforting and helped fix my hair to look clean and professional. She made it so that you couldn't even tell there had been a mistake from your competitor. Thank you to her, as she did an amazing job, and I will be going back.
