I got in line on the internet and was instructed to show up in 25 minutes. I went to the shop when instructed and checked in. I was told it would be 25 minutes before i would get a haircut. There were other customers waiting. While waiting, several associates were not cutting hair but were talking among themselves and/or sweeping the floor. All the time customers were waiting to receive haircuts.
I like the selection of products to purchase. I buy the Paul Mitchell shampoo and styling cream. I like Jess. She is amazing. 100% quality employee.

I told the person cutting my hair the sast person that cut my hair cut the left side too short. Then she cut it too short. She also didn't comb my hair the way I had it combed when I walked in. I brought it to her attention and she told me she did. I'm 75 years old you would think by now I would know how i comb my hair.
They did an excellent job!
Price is a bit too high
I find great stylists occasionally, as I did this visit. But they change staff regularly so it’s difficult to get the same stylist each time as they seem to move so frequently. Still, I accept the convenience of not making appointments is what drives me back regularly. Its what keeps me coming back exclusively to Sports Clips.
The lady that cuts my hair regularly does a GREAT job. She is friendly and knows what she is doing!
I like App which makes it convenient to schedule. The stylists in general are genuinely nice, particularly the last one who cut my hair, which was very pleasant. One suggestion is if the profile shows senior, use the senior rate.

I’m just a 70 year old half bald head but I enjoy my haircut at Sports Clip!
Way too expensive. $30 for a 10 minute trim. Automatic tip on check out. I’ll never be back.
