Set me up with an account with you, asked all the correct questions about the style of my haircut and beard, informed me about the VIP services and was wonderful in conversation while doing her job. Absolute professional in my visit and with her skills. I definitely will be back for all my hair needs.
Chelly has cut my hair twice now and she’s extraordinary. Patient and precise and provides a superior level of service that will keep me coming back to this great location and asking for her.
Your check in system is terrible. I was a loyal customer for years then it came to a point that every time I checked in I would arrive within 5 minutes of my time and I would have 30 minutes to an hour and a half, until my time for a hair cut. I understand that checking in is not an appointment but it sure makes it hard to want to continue using sports clip when its this way. I eventually swore off Sportsclips but decided to give it another try. the first 3 or 4 times its been flawless. However my last trip may have been my last. While the quality of haircut was second to none, I don't know if I can allow my time to be disrespected. There really has to be a better way to be respectful of patrons time.

Stylist was very slow, and upon closer look, it's a pretty bad haircut.
Andrea did a great job cutting my hair at the League City 96 location. She understood fully what I requested and executed perfectly. She was very efficient as well, I was in and out before I could watch an inning of baseball. The customer service and expertise exceeded my expectations and I enjoy getting my hair cut here with the occasional shampoo and head massage.

We love SportClips, but our last experience with Aaliyah was very disappointing. The haircut looked very good right after the procedure, but all the mistakes went out after my son washed his hair at home. The fade is very harsh and done poorly — it looks like my son has a “cap” of hair on his head, and the bangs were cut very unevenly. I was thinking about going back to fix it, but I'm not sure if it's possible. And in that case we would have to make his hair even shorter which is not an option. So just decided to wait when it's long enough to make a new look. Next time we’ll only book with Mimi.
