Did not wait long, really liked the cut.

We love Ke’Anna at the Conroe store. She is our favorite stylist and will always choose her to cut my son’s hair. She does a great job always and takes her time and makes sure the cut is perfect. Her and my son get along great! She is the best!
Not only did I get charged an extra $5 for what the stylist called a “detailed haircut”, the fade was choppy and had obvious lines. Stylist seemed irritated when I asked her to blend it more and so after she “did all she could do”, it wasn’t worth asking again. My son has gotten a burst fade for the last year and we always take him next door to great clips but his stylist wasn’t working and it was the day before school so I thought that since sports clips was more expensive, they were better. I was wrong. It never looked this bad. My advice to the manager is when a stylist is shown a picture and says she can do the cut, make sure her skills match her confidence.
It’s always friendly, clean and the stylists listen to our son! Easy to book and prices are very reasonable.
Consistent work and basically no wait time with scheduling.

I wanted a mid fade 1/2 on the side 4 up top. Thats not at all what I got. I got an extremely high fade with something much shorter than a 4. The gentleman Josh cut my hair, ill never let him cut again. He kept getting text messages and checking his smart watch mid cut, then stated "I have to answer these" walking away leaving me half cut in the chair. Ive been a loyal customer for my son and I, but will most likely not return.

This was our second visit and unfortunately the stylist we ended up with gave my son the sloppiest haircut ever.
Lupita was kind, but I could tell she was tired of cutting kids hair. All she did was run her clippers over the majority of his hair. Then she applied a thick goopy gel to scissor cut the top. She didn't wash his hair and only sprayed it down with water after I asked her to. Very sloppy way to give a haircut. I left angry that I had to pay for this extremely low quality service.
Thankfully, his hair grows fast and this wasn't before picture day! I will NOT be bringing him back and I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone.
