She recognized me when I walked in the door and remembered what type of haircut I like. She had engaging conversation but was not too talkative. She politely recommended what product to purchase but was not too pushy. The shop was clean and inviting.

You need to fix your restroom. 3 weeks without proper restroom is unacceptable! Management needs to improve. Having to walk to Whataburger is unacceptable.
I asked the stylist to shave my undercut, she asked me if I wanted her to clean it up, i said yes, and she brought the shaved part up over an inch and extended it to my ears. She shaved it so the top of the undercut was even with the tops of my ears and rather than the width of it being the width of the bottom of my hairline on the back she brought all of it up to be a straight line across the back of my head
