Received a haircut with out products or extras and everything went smoothly.
The wait time clock was way off. It seemed to change, or not change, randomly. First it was 23 minutes, then 16, then 5, then back to 15, then back to 5, then on deck. I waited for about 45 minutes. That being said, the lady who cut my hair was nice and gave me a good haircut.

I enjoy Ellie, the barber that cut my hair. She was very nice and gave me a great haircut. I asked for the MVP, so I enjoyed the washing of my hair and massage.

My last haircut was fantastic but the last year I have noticed a drastic decline in consistency of the stylists. There are still a lot of good stylists but there have been a lot more that don’t meet the standards I have come to expect from sports clips

Too often I feel like the person I am working with is not giving a complete treatment - no eyebrow trim, no ear trim, no finishing work at all. They still want a big tip though.
