I finally found a stylist that knows how to cut hair.
My hair dresser Leah does an amazing job every time. She does a perfect time every time!!!
I was very satisfied with young lady who cut my grandsons hair!!
We asked for a small trim to clean up my son's hair. We said he likes the length and style of his hair as is, Just need to clean up by about 1-2 inches and thin out the top a little. The stylist acknowledged and asked if she could cut to bottom of his eyebrows. My son said yes but please don't cut it like I would have bangs. She said okay. Instead the stylist chopped off way too much and literally gave him bangs that set about 2 inches above his eyebrows. She cut off way too much all the way around and gave him some type of bowl like style. Also it is uneven and the sides don't blend so one side noticeably has more hair than the other. My son was so upset but super polite to the stylist and really tried to avoid confrontation or make a scene. But after the cut he immediately told me that he was angry that the stylist didn't listen to him even when he said "okay thats enough" because he felt like she was cutting too much. It never crossed his mind that he could simply get up and say stop and walk away, or come get me from the waiting area to help with the situation. He was still awkward about wanting to express it to the stylist so I asked him to go to the car so I could. I spoke with the stylist and told her that we were extremely unhappy and this is not what we asked for, and that most importantly if someone says that's enough she should stop and ask what would they like to do differently. She acknowledged she heard him but kept cutting telling him she needed to even it up. She also said she didn't cut very much off. I politely but firmly told her this is not true that she clearly did, she needs to listen better to her clients, and just stop when someone says stop or is obviously not happy with how it's going. Even though she didn't agree with me she was also polite throughout the entire interaction. She said if I want I could come back the week after on a Tuesday to speak to the Manager.
On line "scheduling" is a joke that repeats itself on regular basis. It is totally useless.
You cannot book an appointment , join "wait list", find out which stylist works what days. Very unprofessional!

The lady who cut my hair name was Hailey and she was by far the best stylist I have ever had the pleasure of letting cut my hair. I will go back specifically just yo get her to cut my hair. I asked for a Mohawk and she not only ut it to perfection, she also said she actually loved cutting that style. She alone will retain me as a sport clips customer.
My hair was not done correctly. Will not be going back.

Someone keeps using my account. I have reported this multiple times at this store. Why am I getting these email that someone is using my account. Please have it stopped. This was not me in the store today.
Server was in bad mood . Maybe not open on Sunday if it’s going to feel like an imposition
Too much pressure and attitude to tip. Why not give them a decent wage and true up the price of the haircut ?
