The app kick me off the sign in when I was sitting in store signed in . The wait was long with only three people in the store.
Special props to MariaG., who is superb at cutting hair. I have no complaints, and I have been her client for over 5 years. Great Job! The store is always well maintained and clean. Good job, everyone.

Even though i don't always get the same stylist, i always get a great service with the cuts just the way i like them with a friendly and helpful person.
check-in remotely is buggy. It usually works, but twice I have arrived on time, but the wait time was off by 15 minutes or more from what the app had told me. Also, my haircutter sometimes doesn't show up as a choice when she says that she was definitely working at the time. So, better than no remote signup, but it has issues.

Maria, as always was on point during my visit here as always. She never disappoints. Always professional, courteous, and kind. Makes sure I am always happy with my haircut. Great spot for a cut and wash. App makes it very convenient to book a time, with the stylist you want. My personal fav is Jackie and Sophie. Who doesn’t like to watch sports too while getting a cut?
