The young lady that took care of me yesterday was very proficient! She knew exactly what she was doing. She gave me a nice haircut! It was very kind and friendly! You can see she’s been doing this for a while! Very professional!

Mimi is the best! Excellent fades and extremely focused on detail. I have recommended my dad who drives 30 minutes to see her. I also now take my kids to her. I like my hair a specific way and some stylists are not consistent. I try to make sure I see Mimi every time because she does it perfectly every time!
Great staff, products and tv
First time here. Stef was incredibly combative, verbally aggressive, and didn’t listen to how I wanted my haircut, when I re-stated what I wanted done (zero fade into the top) she started saying “where do you normally go, we don’t normally do it that way here”. Honestly it’s a shame I even paid for this. Didn’t cut my hair correctly, dug her clippers into the back of my neck. She went out of her way to be incredibly unpleasant. I’ve gotten the same haircut from countless barbers for 15 years no problem. She verbatim finished the haircut with, “Don’t worry it’ll grow back if you don’t like it”. Ideally, I’d get a refund because I was charged a service didn’t get what I paid for and was just abused the entire time. Zero out of ten experience.
This location is always very busy so I only give an 8 because I don't want it to get even more busy.. lol!!

Your “stylist” Kylie did me completely wrong yesterday. Keep in mind she’s done my hair before and did a fine job. Evidently she was having a bad day yesterday and had a really rude attitude. I’ll be back for someone other than her to fix it.

The online lineup wait times is rarely accurate. On this particular visit there was a zero minute wait time so I popped in instead of running other errands first. When I walked inside literally seconds after joining the lineup, the wait time had increased to 51 minutes.
Completely messed my beard up, very uneven and sides dont match i had to go home and shave it off, I get my head shaved bald so they couldnt mess that up, but my beard is the only hair I have and definitely ruined it.....make it right by giving me a free head shave but definitely never touching my beard again
