Azul!!!!! she was absolutely phenomenal. I don’t know the last time I went into a business and felt like a real customer and just not like another number. She did a phenomenal job at the actual work, but her personality and conversation didn’t feel forced and was very kind and enjoyable. Information was given, but nothing was pushed. In the day and age of every other video on social media as an ad to try to sell you something it was free to have a human interaction that was enjoyable. The whole vibe of the store was chill and clean. I plan to be back!

Cat is wonderful. She listens intently to my feedback and does a wonderful job cutting my hair. She is also very friendly.
The lady who cut mine and my sons hair did great. The other ladies who took 30 to 40 minutes to cut one person's hair on the other hand because they were to busy talking and flirting wasted a lot of people's time. Our lady finished a young kids haircut, cut mine and finished my sons before they could finish 1 person. That is ridiculous and does nothing but waste everyone's else's time. I will never be back

Stylists should read the notes/preferences and confirm before beginning. Last stylist did not offer a mirror to make sure everything was to my liking.
It's not about the company or your products or services. My great experience is because of the hairdressers. They treat me well and listen and do a good job.
