Consistency; Convenient location. Professional technicians
Every time I go to sports clips I feel like it's the first time going there. I never feel like a long time customer. There is no relationship built over the years I've been going there. It's taken over 2 years to see any improvement of the App. after numerous times pointing out how it lacks compared to Super Cuts or other hair cut places.
The response is slow if at all.
My 2 sons and I got seated fast and all got great haircuts. Excellent friendly staff.
My stylist was top notch. Even though stylists change locations, the hair cut is consistent.

Big Shout out to Keke. She did an amazing job. By far the best haircut I ever had. She cut it exactly how I wanted it which is rare for me in the past with other barbers. She is very friendly and professional as well and I would recommend her to everyone I know.

I appreciate being able to join the "lineup" before I get to the counter to checkin. Being able to choose the time for an appointment based on my schedule and the stylist's waiting list helps me have better control over my schedule and accomplishments. I've never used many products on my hair; however, the one product that I have works well when I use it. I seldom use services other than a haircut mostly due to affordability for an 81 year-old on fixed income. When I occasionally take advantage of a wash, hot towel massage chair, they are welcomed and relaxing.
