Would be nice to be able to book appointments a little further out. If I'm half an hour out and the next appointment is in 15 minutes, I can't make that booking and, by the time I get there, there's a line.
Raise your rates a bit so you can afford to pay and keep the better stylists.

Timeliness
Everyone is always up to par when cutting hair. No complaints.
Seems like stylists are always more interested in getting done quickly than giving a good cut and making sure the job is done correctly. She was pleasant, but didn't ask many questions about what I wanted. I gave brief description but she just cut away and had taken the sides up too high before I could stop her. So the top and sides ended up shorter with the top being uneven
