When I signed up for my appointment its usually pretty accurate, not sure what happened but I ended up waiting over an hour in the store, this is no fault on the stylist something must have happened in the app. Please look into this because not everyone is as patient and understanding as I am.

Cindy at the West Oaks location needs to improve her attitude. I came for a beard trimming & detailing but she gave the impression that I was wasting her time & she couldn't wait to get it over with as quickly as possible. She didn't do a good job with the trimming & detailing despite me asking 3 times to make corrections. She couldn't seem to see or understand that how she trimmed it was not symmetrical. I finally just accepted that she isn't very good at beards & when I arrived at home I had to make the corrections myself. I paid to not have to trim my own beard but ended up trimming it myself anyway. I understand if she needs more experience with beards but her attitude is really what soured me on the experience.
The waitlist is not very good. I signed up 30 mins before so I could get the haircut on time but there were 3 other people booked ahead of me even though I was there first and I couldn't get to my preferred stylist. very rude and disappointing experience

Everything with haircut was great… but when I walked in, I signed up for first available, which said was going to take 45 min, which was fine. So I decided to kill time at a nearby store but within 15min, I got text saying I’m on deck… why the discrepancy with wait time?
Essi is great-both William and Conor liked how she takes care of their hair and listens to their feedback. They always like the cut.
