Timeliness
Everyone is always up to par when cutting hair. No complaints.
Seems like stylists are always more interested in getting done quickly than giving a good cut and making sure the job is done correctly. She was pleasant, but didn't ask many questions about what I wanted. I gave brief description but she just cut away and had taken the sides up too high before I could stop her. So the top and sides ended up shorter with the top being uneven

I like that Jackie is there, I like that there’s a reasonable expectation to when the cut will happen through the online portal. I like that I get to have a preference on my stylist. I wish there were a better seating arrangement but I love that yall have suckers, colors and pages for the kids. Would be cool if yall had a second tv for kids ik yall already pay for the good service to have all those sports channels, what’s a couple bucks per month for some SpongeBob yk. Again love that Jackie is there. She’s been mine and my Son’s stylist for more than a couple years now and has never faltered on a good cut. Good clean quality work with a great attitude.

She's a great saleslady who explains the benefits of various products, and I have purchased one every time I've met with her.
