Brenda is hands down the best barber I’ve ever had. She is incredibly friendly and the conversation is always top-tier—she’s constant, professional, and consistently delivers exactly the cut I’m looking for every single time.

I like the easy way to get a haircut. I like the more seasoned barbers.
What I got and what I ask for were completely different. I go in for what should be a simple haircut. #2 on the sides and back, faded into finger length on the top. The top ended up being some finger length, some longer, and some shorter! How hard can it be to make it the same length? Very frustrating for the price of a haircut!

The Stylist was cutting my son’s hair and told him he needed to have it washed. She did not tell me this and ended up charging me more.

A variety of sports might be more appealing to customers wanting. Example during my visit all screens had basketball which I personally can’t stand so maybe some other sport which there are several to choose from on other screens or split screens just putting that out there

Your barbers are so personable! I consider myself to be fairly introverted but Merissa makes conversation feel effortless! Great team and great cuts. All around good experience every time!
More stylist like Amber who cut my hair yesterday. She is the best stylist I have gone to at any of the Sports Clips I have visited. She was warm and friendly and took her time to do a professional cut.
So many of the other stylists just rush through and aren't concerned about the end result. Amber was concerned and kept asking all along the way if what she had just done was ok or not.
It felt like I was at a high end salon with her attention to detail. She told me that she has only been there maybe 2 months now, but she will bring much business to Sports Clips and you should do everything possible to make sure she doesn't go anywhere else.
It seemed like Brandi didn't really want to be there. Either she had a problem with me or she was feeling poorly. I observed her engaging with her prior client in a positive manner, chatting while cutting his hair, etc. When it was my turn, she called my name, told me to sit in her chair and then left me there for over 5 minutes. I know because I had looked at my phone and almost left because I had been abandoned. When she did finally return, she didn't seem to be the least bit in a hurry and proceeded to set up station and fumble around looking for her scissors. I tried to make a few comments to engage with her but she was terse or unresponsive. It wasn't until the cut was over that she really talked to me at all and then I think it was only necessary words to get me to pay.
I'm not sure if I will return to this sports clips, but she won't ever cut my hair again. Brandi is positively the worst person I've ever had cut my hair in 55 years on this planet.

I live pretty far way from this Sportsclips but I was in the area a few months ago. I stopped in and Kerrie cut my hair perfectly. I’ve been going to her since.
She was one of the best stylists I have seen.
