I continue to be notified of visits that I did not make. Clearly someone is continuing to use my identify and I suspect it is the employees that are doing it.

The service experience referenced herein occurred in an individual consumer capacity.

Experiential Assessment
Sports Clips delivers a consistent and standardized grooming experience with several identifiable operational strengths:
Efficient intake and service flow
Predictable outcomes that reduce customer uncertainty
Strong brand identity and clearly communicated expectations
Staff generally trained for speed, uniformity, and throughput
These elements are effective for customers prioritizing reliability, convenience, and time efficiency.
Observed Limitations
From an experiential and analytical standpoint, the current service model emphasizes throughput over personalization, which may result in:
Limited adaptability to individual preferences
Variability in experience correlated with staff turnover
A primarily transactional rather than relational customer dynamic
Shallow feedback loops that request insight without explicit value reciprocity
These factors can constrain the depth and usefulness of voluntary customer feedback.
Actionable Insight
Customers are more likely to provide meaningful, honest, and high-quality feedback when:
The value exchange is explicit
Time and cognitive effort are acknowledged
Feedback is framed as a contribution rather than an obligation
Even modest forms of compensation or acknowledgment materially improve participation quality, trust, and goodwill.
Recommendation
If customer surveys are intended to inform service design, operational efficiency, or revenue-impacting decisions, consider:
Offering compensation (credits, discounts, or incentives)
Clearly communicating how feedback will be used
Treating experiential knowledge as a valued input rather than an assumed free resource
These practices align with ethical research standards and improve data reliability.

Jess did a great job cutting my hair!
Filling out this survey because of Mable and how she went above and beyond on my recent appointment.
As we were talking, she picked up on subtle problems that I hinted at with my hair, and asked questions to help provide ideas on how to solve the problems. Ultimately she recommended trying a specific type of shampoo, not in a pushy/sales type of way but out of genuinely wanting to help.
She also noticed that I had thicker hair and used a different technique to thin it out a bit. Been going to Sportclips for a long time and have never had anyone recommend that, but it came out great. She added this to my profile for future cuts.
