I got a "mullet style haircut and the back is two different lengths. I didn't notice until my hair fully dried. I am requesting a free haircut to give sport clips an opportunity to fix this

Below average haircut. Asked for a mid tapered fade mullet and thinning of hair. Hair not thinned and fade is horrible. The mullet was cut weirdly

I had been to many other sports clips throughout the years and have always had a very great and consistent experience throughout, however when I walked in today a super friendly by the name of Stef took care of me. When I told her that I was trying something new she immediately took action and recommended me new things aswell as pointers on proper hair care and how to get it to be styled the way I want it. She truly is the embodiment of an MVP as I left today more certain than ever that Sports clips hires fantastic people as employees and they know and understand hair to a science. I will never choose another hair place other than sports clips again for this reason

My oldest son came to have his haircut with Forest and he loved it so much. I went there with my teenager and got fascinated how Forest knows what she’s doing…She’s fantastic and now I have two picky boys very happy!

I was questioning myself about returning to SportClips after waiting for over 25 mins with the system showing 00 WAIT time (On Deck) at your Montgomery, Tx store. Then another individual that also showed 00 Wait time on the screen was called back to be next. It appeared that there should have been 2 stylist working yet only one was actually cutting hair. The other stylist was to good to accept walking clients and stayed in the back room with an 8-10 year old child. I was so irritated, I canceled my check in and left. I will NEVER go back to the Montgomery Tx location. (20212 Eva Street, 77356) I would normally think if the app and the front door of the location says 00 wait, that would mean no wait not at least 25-30 min wait.
