I must say to be honest my experience yesterday Sunday 8/16/26 Katy Gaston was not great. The MVP was not good. I think it lasted 55 secs. I was given a cold towel, cold water, and hardly a wash. Just felt super rushed then it became a sales pitch to buy hair gel products. I started going to Richmond, Tx location and I think I’ll return there.
Consistently good haircuts no matter who does it.
Never buy the products. But the last 3 haircuts I have received have been better.

The lady cutting my hair wasn’t paying attention at all. I got a #2 on the side and a comb over. Easy! She didn’t even use scissors on the top. She left a scalp mark with the clippers on 1 side. Overall worst haircut I have ever gotten!
Your manager Ashley is awesome! Love taking my kid to her and she does a great job on my hair as well.
