I go there and get the same haircut every time and everyone does it different even though my notes say what it is and I tell them. Never get a consistent haircut.
I find the app incredibly helpful for determining available locations and appointment times. It is also very valuable to have my preferred cut profile available in your system for any location I visit.
Most people I know prefer higher-end barbers or stylists, but for those who prefer a more budget-friendly haircut (like I do), SportClips is who I would recommend. I think SportClips is well-positioned at their skill level and price point. While there is definitely inconsistency between stylists, that is to be expected with so many locations across such a large service area. Overall they are the best cut for the price, in my opinion.

The girl who cuts my hair in Conroe for the last five years has been exceptionally good. She cuts my hair now without even asking me what kind of haircut I want. I’ve been getting my haircut from you guys for a long time. The only thing that is going to stop me from visiting your salon is I’m retiring and I can’t afford your prices anymore. Unfortunately I will have to find alternative people to cut my hair or cut my hair myself. I understand that companies have to make money overhead, but I’m now on a fixed income and I can’t afford the price to pay.

The girl was kind of rude and spent five minutes and cut my hair and just didn’t give a crap. I’ve been to the Houston Texas beach location many times and it’s usually a Spanish lady that helps me this time. I wasn’t so fortunate. I don’t think I’ll go back.
Great variety of products to choose from and service is always excellent, Minerva always delivers the cut that I want and top service as well as she's friendly and courteous.

I have to go over my beard and mustache trim after I leave. Also I don’t get alcohol or tea tree after my haircut.
I would like to see the same stylist, but their hours are not set, so I have to log into the website to see who is working. In order to do that I have to log an appointment time. When I do that and I don't see the stylist I want, then I have to tray again another time. I know its convenient to just "walk in" and that's the client you cater to, but if you really like a particular stylist, it makes it difficult to see them. I would think you would want to build loyalty. I've been to Sport Clips dozens of times and I've found 3 stylists that I really liked, but then they just disappear, and I'm forced to try someone new. I'm thinking its time I found a different place to get my hair cut, which is a shame because I like the overall experience, I would just like to see someone who is familiar with me instead of someone new every time.
I appreciate the stylist's attention to detail. She is very pleasant and a good advocate for Sports Clip.
