It felt like the stylist hated my presence. They were not very friendly and quite rough with the clippers on my head. Did not expect that kind of treatment as they are usually pleasant.

I like how easy it was to set an appointment. The service I received from Josie was very good she cut my hair just exactly as I asked her plus she was very easy to talk to and she listened.
Stylist did not listen to me and made shambles of my hair!!!!

I love many things about Sport Clips, as I have been going to them for over 12 years, from DFW to Houston!
The app is easy to use and allows me to see if my favorite stylist is available (and how long the wait is).
The salon is always clean, the volume of the TVs is appropriate, and the temp is spot on!
Probably the best thing is the friendly and talented stylists. My favorite of ALL TIME is at the location I was just at, and her name (not surprisingly) is CoCo!
CoCo always remembers the details, is careful and considerate with her tools, and knows when the client is in the mood to talk (or not). I will wait an hour or more to have her shave my head!
